Watt & Home's DNA has always been to manufacture durable, high-quality products. But to formalise this, we needed to go further and offer our customers a 5-year warranty. This has now been achieved with the launch in early 2026 of a wide range of products benefiting from this extended warranty.

By offering this, we are assuring our customers that they are purchasing a lamp that has been properly designed, manufactured using the right materials and components, and tested under real-life conditions. It also affirms our commitment to ‘consuming less, but consuming better’ by reducing our carbon footprint through extending the lifespan of our products. Finally, it demonstrates how we stand out in a sector where poor sustainability is often highlighted. We have spare parts available to increase the repairability of our products and support our CSR commitments.

Our After-Sales Service
If you encounter any issues, we have an after-sales service in France to handle all your requests: during the first two years, via our reseller, and from the third year onwards, directly here. For added convenience, we offer an online registration service, which means you don't need to provide proof of purchase if you encounter any problems.

A registration number will be provided subject to final validation, as proof of purchase must be reviewed by our administrative team.
